Yale Special Collections Fairs

The most recent Special Collections Fair took place on October 6th, 2005. The Special Collection Fairs are a unique opportunity to see the extraordinary diversity of Yale’s special collections under one roof. Hosted by the Beinecke Library, the fairs have featured an array of artifacts, maps, manuscripts, and recorded media covering more than 5,000 years of human endeavor.

           Students, staff, faculty, and members of the community viewing the exhibits.
Curators and collection staff are available throughout the afternoon to answer questions about exhibits and the use of their collections.
Demonstration of book repair techniques by the Collections Care Program of the Preservation Department at Sterling Library.
