Library Administration and the Department of Library Human Resources are
committed to providing staff training and organizational development activities
for all Library employees. We envision a workplace where learning
is not just a formal event but on-going and an integral part of our
daily work lives.
We believe that library staff, become multi-functional, empowered
and self-managing by assuming responsibility for their own continuous
learning. A diverse

University Library.
