Mentor™ is an electronic staff development
tool which assists all levels of library staff in upgrading their interpersonal
and leadership skills on a continuous basis. It provides immediate access
to advice, information, suggestions, tips and activities to improve overall
work relationships and productivity.
Yale ITS :offers online training
at no charge for Yale affiliates. First, register with ITS and choose either
a "Desktop" (access to Microsoft end user titles) account or Select
(technical titles) account. After downloading and installing a special
plug-in, you can take the course on the web or download the course to use when
you don't have access to the Internet. It is recommended that you download to
a zip disk.
