If you are a manager or unit supervisor and are unsure of exactly how to approach a particular topic with your staff members, phone or email the Staff Training & Organizational Development Manager, in the Library Human Resources office.

Provide a brief description of your presenting problem. The Staff  Training & Organizational Development Officer will evaluate your request and make a recommendation. 

Based on the evaluation, the following may occur. Together, you and the Staff Training & Organizational Development Officer will develop a plan to address your issues. If it is more appropriate, a Human Resource representative may contact you, or a referral for an outside consultant will be made.
