| What is the Staff Resource
Library?
The Staff Resource Library exists to support the creation of a
workplace where learning is an on-going and integral part of our daily
work lives. Its primary focus is to provide resources which might address
staff needs, both professionally as well as personally, in an age of constant
change.
Supervisors and managers will be encouraged to access
and use these materials with their own departmental staff.
Contents of the Staff Resource Library
This collection contains an array of print and multimedia resources, some
of which have been purchased specifically for the Staff Resource Library,
as well as materials that are part of the larger Yale collection. The
following subject headings have been used to identify the major subject
of an individual item.
About the Staff Resource Library
This collection was established by the Staff
Training & Organizational Development Committee as a resource
library for all staff members. The committee is also responsible for developing
the collection and welcomes suggestions for either new materials to consider,
as well as comments, suggestion, or changes to the subject headings above.
