The Charles A. Ryskamp Travel Grant

The Charles A. Ryskamp Travel Grant is awarded on a competitive basis to a Yale College senior whose senior essay project would benefit from extended use of the Lewis Walpole Library's collections.

The grant provides funds for regular travel during the academic year to Farmington in support of senior essay research in the Library's collections, and, as necessary, occasional overnight accommodation in an eighteenth-century house on the Library's campus.

The Library's staff will be available for research consultation and guidance throughout the year.

Members of the Yale College class whose senior essays or projects would benefit from research conducted at the Lewis Walpole Library are invited to apply.
