The Professional Mentor-presentation



All library staff are invited to attend an informal presentation and demonstration of *The Professional Mentor*, the new electronic staff development tool which is available to all library staff members. Two introductory sessions will be held next Tuesday, July 13, in the Sterling Memorial Lecture Hall. Discussion and a short exercise will follow the presentation.

        -C&T and non-supervisory staff members are invited to attend from 10:00-11:15
        -M&P and supervisory staff members are invited to attend from 1:00-2:15

The Professional Mentor, accessed directly from your workstation, provides immediate and private "just-in-time" access to a range of information, tips and activities regarding the interpersonal and leadership issues that can impact work relationships and productivity. This learning resource addresses core leadership issues from both supervisory and non-supervisory points of view. It also provides an opportunity for all staff members to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of one another's viewpoints on the various topics.
