SML Exhibit/Thanks to All

In celebration of Black History Month, a new exhibit has been placed in the corridor cases of Sterling Memorial Library - "Blacks in the Arts: An Unearthed Sanctuary of Black Achievement, Courage, Strength and Pride." The exhibit will
remain on display through April 2000.
I have many individuals and collections to thank for their time, assistance and generosity.

Primarily, I would like to thank everyone at the Lewis Walpole Library for pushing back the dates of their scheduled exhibit in the corridor cases, in order to accomodate my own.

I would also like to thank:

PRESERVATION - Paul Conway, Pat Simon, and Edith Fortes
A Very Special Thank You to Head Conservator Gisela Noack for her time, and advice, and for training me so that I could prepare all of the items in the exhibit myself.

LIBRARY ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - Diane Turner

BUSINESS OFFICE - Susan Jaffe and Vincent DeFeo
