I read of these awards with real pleasure and excitement, to know that I
shall be joining colleagues who have shown such dedicated service to Yale
University Library. I'm also  delighted to notice that President Levin has
shown the value he personally places on the work of the Library, in this
way.  I'd like to join Diane in sending my congratulations to all concerned.
I very much look forward to meeting all of you.
