The June 2001 issue of RLG Focus, our bimonthly newsletter, is about to be

University of Washington Gallagher Law Library Adds Records for Russian
and Soviet Law to the RLG Union Catalog
William Brokaw McCloy describes the Gallagher Law Library's Russian
Recon Project, which added Cyrillic-script records to the RLG Union
Catalog and reclassified materials on Russian and Soviet Law into
current LC classifications. Accompanied by a sample record.
RLIN Makes UK Arabic and Persian Recon Project Possible
Shirley Perry, of the John Rylands University Library of Manchester,
describes the cooperative recon project of six libraries in the United
Kingdom to create records for materials in Arabic and Persian using
RLIN. Accompanied by a sample record.

A recap of the pilot project where Columbia University, the University
of Pennsylvania, Yale University, and RLG tested whether "lenders of
