Reference and Digital Resources Librarian announcement

Hi,
I am extremely happy and honored to announce the Daniel Dollar has accepted the 
offer to become the first Medical Library Reference and Digital Resources 
Librarian. Daniel's first day will be Monday, August 20th.

Daniel is an articulate and committed librarian with a strong background in 
health sciences library instruction and outreach, an expertise developed in his 
former position as the Educational Services Coordinator for the National Network 
of Libraries of medicine--New England Region(NN/LM NER). Daniel possesses an 
advanced set of desktop technology abilities and eagerly anticipates providing 
assistance with digital resource management, development, and training at the 
Medical Library.

Daniel received his MLS from the University of Maryland in 1998 and is a 
provisional member in the Academy of halth Information Professionals (AHIP).

I will distribute his telephone number and email address when they are 
established. Requests for orientations to Yale Libraries will be forthcoming as 
well.
