i've been trying the WTNH site since 9am; response has been much worse
than usual (presumably due to the increased no. of hits because of the
storm).

also a caveat-- in my experience their information isn't always reliable;
for example right now they are showing incorrect information for my
child's school (i reloaded)--something that was decided upon (and airing
on their tv broadcasts) since 6 am today.  i would caution parents
to try to get their information from another method or an additional
site.
