Training in the SCML or Electronic Classroom?

If you are conducting or organizing training to be held in the CCL 
Electronic Classroom or the Staff Center for Multimedia Learning (located 
in the Mudd Library) please remember to review the software installation 
policy that can be found at: 
http://www.library.yale.edu/ref/eclass/install.html.  (The software 
installation policy applies to both locations.)

If software must be loaded on to the workstations for  your session, 
please email me at 
least *three weeks* in advance to arrange for the software installation.
If you are organizing training that will be conducted by an outside 
vendor, please remember to ask them well in advance of the session if 
there is software that needs to be installed.

During the busy summer months it is unlikely we will be able to schedule 
installations on less than three weeks notice - please plan accordingly.
