Travelers to IFLA

I received a message from IFLA this week that if you hold a passport from a 
country that had cases of SARS or if your passport indicates you have 
visited a country with SARS you will need a special certificate to be able 
to enter Argentina.  This does not include the United States but if your 
passport was stamped in Toronto last summer you might want to check with 
the Argentine Embassy in Washington to be sure you won't have a
