Holiday Recess
Hello,
As we prepare for our extended holiday recess, just a reminder to take an
extra look around.
- Please make sure that all collection materials are off the
floor. If need be, preservation can help you with making
arrangements to do this.
- Be sure that all windows are closed and latched.
- If you have a problem with a chronic leak, it may be a good
precaution to put plastic sheeting over the materials in that area.
Contact preservation if you need plastic sheeting.
- Be sure to unplug coffee pots and space heaters.
- Finally, make sure that any food is disposed of properly, completely
sealed, or, given the length of time, taken home.
