RLIN21: Web interface search only

Good morning.

Those with search only authorization for the RLIN21 web interface can now 
log on and perform searches.
However, the search returns are excruciatingly slow!!! I waited for up to 
one minute for one return; and at least 20 seconds for others.

The holdings look very different.
Also, the diacritics come *after* the letter in the new UNICODE environment.
These issues were addressed in the training sessions, but we could not 
actually see them until now. Please contact either me, or Shaundolyn 
Slaughter, if you would like additional training.
