Radoslav Lorkovic
Hello All!
Tanja is being modest, so I'm going to jump in here.
Please see the announcement below about a performance by Tanja Lorkovic's
son! He's been on the radio quite a bit, including Prairie Home
Companion. He's an excellent pianist, and very entertaining (Great
stories about his musical adventures in Alaska and elsewhere).
Date: April 19, 2005
What: Arts@Night: Radoslav Lorkovic returns to UNH after
his popular Fall 2003 concert that drew a capacity crowd and kudos from
music critics. Croatian born Lorkovic draws from a multitude of
influences ranging from elegant classical and jazz styles to basic blues,
country and soul. Lorkovic has taken on an unusually broad musical
spectrum and refined it into his distinctive piano style. His tenure on
the R&B and folk circuits has culminated in five critically acclaimed
solo recordings.
