Collection Analysis Tool - Export feature fixed

A bug found in the March 11 version of the Collection Analysis Tool has now 
been fixed.

The 'Export Delimited File' and 'Export Serials Delimited File' buttons in 
the Collection Analysis Tool are now fully functional:

1) The 'Export Delimited File' button exports a delimited file containing 
bibliographic information, plus the Call Number, Location, MFHD ID, BIB ID, 
and Item ID for each identified item.

2) The 'Export Serials Delimited File' button exports a delimited file 
containing the above plus Succeeding Entry, Date Type, Holdings, and 
Barcode information.
