Some staff members had asked me to resend the url for the
Performance Appraisal support site and am happy to do so.  The url
listed below is a resource for our newly instituted library-wide
performance appraisal process.  You will find the "Goals
Setting Resource Kit," from the recent training sessions,
Performance Appraisal Forms, Performance Appraisal Time Line, and any
future documentation regarding the performance appraisal process
here.

Got a great goal that you'd be willing to share? The site offers an
opportunity to share a goal with others, anonymously of course, in the
hopes of stimulating ideas for goal setting for those of us who might get
