RLG May 13 post-migration update

RLG members and customers: A May 13 update was
just posted to
  http://www.rlg.org/en/page.php?Page_ID=400

What's new:

** ALL users
--Reminder of service interruption scheduled for
  Friday May 13 9pm - midnight Pacific Daylight
  Time (UTC-7).
--The RLG Union Catalog now contains virtually
  all of the November 2004 - February 2005
  records and record updates.
--Normal data loading is targeted to resume at
  the beginning of June.

** RLIN21 client users
--As of 9:30 p.m. Sunday, May 15 (PDT) users can
  update or delete any of their RLG Union
  Catalog records.
--14,000 November-February RLG Union Catalog
  records with errors that prevented applying
  them are now being analyzed.

** Z39.50 users
--Information about use attributes for
  connecting via zinc.rlg.org
  (aka z3950.rlg.org).

** Note
