RLG May 18 post-migration update

RLG members and customers: A May 18 update was
just posted to

What's new:

** ALL users
--Problem being worked on: intermittent search
  failures at peak usage time (8-9:30am Pacific
  Daylight Time (UTC-7)

** RLIN21 client users
--Upcoming required client upgrade will also
  include ability to set export profiles for
  automatic export of any record created or
  updated

**Authorities users
--Input access to LC/NACO (NAF) will be suspended
  at 9pm today (PDT) until the beginning of May 23
  or 24; *search* access to NAF and LC/SACO (SAF)
  will be suspended at 9pm Friday May 20 until the
  beginning of May 23 or 24
--Exception: Search access via *Z39.50 connections*
  will be suspended at 5pm Thursday May 19

** Z39.50 users
--Users of the to-be-removed RLG server
  zelda.rlg.org do *not* need to change their
  client configurations; zelda will become an
  alias for z3950.rlg.org (aka zinc.rlg.org) at
  5pm Thursday May 19
