How to get Email and Calendaring Accounts
Obtaining a Yale Connect (Microsoft Exchange) Account:
All requests for E-mail, Calendaring or PPP accounts are processed through the Library Business Office.
Expert Users should contact the Library Business Office directly to request new accounts. Changes to existing accounts (for example, a staff member changes their last name) can be done by calling User Accounts at ITS
Expert Users do not need to contact the WW&DCS to obtain e-mail, Calendaring or PPP accounts!
