Using Directory Services in Eudora 4.0 or higher
If you are using Eudora 4.0 or higher and you wish to use 'Directory Services' to look up information about a Yale Employee, you first must add the Yale Servers for Ph and Finger as databases that Eudora can use.
Click on Tools, Directory Services.
Click on Finger, New Database. Enter the following:

Click on Ph, New Database and Enter the Following:

You will then be able to look someone up in the Yale Directory by typing in their name. If you do not see all the information for a person type first last return all (ex: john smith return all). You should then see all their data.
Remember to 'check' the Yale Ph and Yale Finger listings in the Databases, Configured Servers Box.
