-Click on the Start button
-Select Find
-Select Files or Folders
In the "Named" box type connects.ini passport.ini and click "Find Now". Both files will appear in the box below. Just double click each one and it will open in Notepad.

Open the Connects.ini file. Note the settings in [Defined Connections] and [TLP] Sections. Edit your file so it matches the area in red in the picture below. When you are done select File and Save.
Go back to your find screen.

Open the Passport.ini file. Note the settings in the [PRISMcat] Section circled
in red. Your setting should match the one below.
When you are done select File and Save.
