Charge:

The URL Searches and Linking group will:
- Test the Voyager syntax for external URL based searches and links into Orbis2.
- Identify departments/staff currently maintaining external URL-based searches and links into Orbis.
- Document Voyager syntax and implementation steps for similar searches and links.
- Coordinate necessary training for staff maintaining these searches and links.
- Working with the Front Door Committee, Library Systems staff, SFX administrators, Electronic Collections and others as needed, coordinate the switch from the current Crossplex/NOTIS-based searches to the Voyager syntax in time for the rollout of WebVoyage on July 16th.
