Hotel registration deadline: February 7, 2006.

Conference rates are available at 2 hotels, both of which are within 3-4 blocks of Sterling Memorial Library, where the Thursday afternoon reception will take place. The meetings on the 10th will be held on the campus of Yale Divinity School, which can be reached by Yale Shuttle Bus or by car. Details about the bus and parking arrangements for the day at the Divinity School will be provided shortly.

The Courtyard New Haven at Yale

30 rooms are being held at the Courtyard for the night of the 9th and 20 for the night of the 10th. The rate is $109 single or double occupancy.

The Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale

35 rooms are being held at the Omni for the night of the 9th and 20 for the night of the 10th.  The rate is $129 single or double occupancy.

We also learned that there are quite a few Ivies+ events here this Spring. If you are just now contacting a hotel, and other dates but March 9 and 10 are offered, please be aware that you may need to clarify which Ivies+ event you are attending.
