• 1 and CR to display the Headings Information screen
• Gather record text from between the dashed lines (eliminating end-of-text blank lines). If screen displays Page 1 of 1, do not page forward, otherwise, page forward until entire authority record is captured.
• IND and CR to return to the Index screen
• Replace the text "1 *For Information on this Heading, Type 1" with the record text gathered from the Headings Information screen.
• Note: Only gather the record text from the Headings Information screen when index entry 1 reads, "*For Information on this Heading, Type 1." When headings information text is not the first index entry display the text "*For Information on this Heading, Type #" on the index screen without change. When that entry is selected, display the headings information record according to instructions in "Heading Information -- Separate Display (from Authority File)".
• Bold highlighted words from the heading information text. E.G., the word, "Work."
