Otherwise, pre-pend to the search string as follows:

Subject gets 's='
Keyword gets 'k='
Call Number(LC) gets 'cl='
Call Number(Local Yale) gets 'co='
Call Number(SuDoc) gets 'cs='
Submit button
Enters search.
