1. The location/call number table above comes from the Brief View holdings information:

2.The Orbis on the web display will consist of 3 columns.
Left column should be a check box that links to the command for HOL # (but does not execute the command yet.)
Middle column should be the location.
Note that the location in Orbis is often on several lines; for display in Orbis on the web, reformat to one or two lines. Always put whole location on one line. The parenthetical text is not part of the location. If it exists, put it on the second line.
Right hand column holds the call number.
3. The Get Detailed Holdings button sends the hol # commands to Orbis and gathers the responses into a single presentation. The "Select all" check-box issues the "HOL" command, pulling up the Holdings Detail display for all copies listed in the record.
