New documentation specifically designed for Orbis on the Web is not yet available.
The existing Guide to Using Orbis was written for Standard Orbis, but the principles and advice apply equally well to Orbis on the Web. Examples which appear in this guide will function properly in Orbis on the Web if you drop the initial commands (t=, a=, s=, k=, etc.).
Alternatively, the command line searches presented in the instructions can be entered in Orbis on the Web using the "New Search" bar which appears at the top and bottom of most pages: key in your search, leave "Choose Search" selected, and click the Submit button.
Conventional Orbis searches can be entered in the initial search form as follows: click the appropriate radio button and enter your search, omitting the t=, a=, s=, k=, etc. Example:
Remember also to try out the new Keyword Searching Wizard in Orbis on the Web (Advanced Search: Complex Keyword Searching).
