SCREEN INTERPRETATION
SEARCH HISTORY SCREEN
Change default Search Type to "Revise or Submit" (from "Choose Search").
Make line numbers (S#) hotlinks. When line is selected, copy corresponding search to the Search String Window.
Do not repeat persistent search buttons at bottom of screen since the Review Search List screen is always no more than 10 entries long.
Display Index and Guide buttons only when they are options on the NOTIS screen.
