OCLC's ECO

Folks,

I know this is not really licensing, but we are looking into OCLC's 
ECO, and I would be interested in hearing from any libraries that 
use this service.

I would like to hear thoughts on 

1. Ease of access
2. Cost
3. Archival issues
4. License - is is nasty?
5. ??? anything else.

You may respond directly toward me, and if there's interest, I'll 
summarize for the list.
