Kansas has a similar requirement. However, our state institutions also
have to attached a form DA-146a, which comes from the Kansas Department of
Administration, to "all copies of any contractual agreement." The DA-146a
also contains an anti-discrimination clause, no binding arbitration
clause, etc.

informational purposes. Do other states have something similar?
