re: Negotiating with the Library of Congress

Dear LibLicense-L,

Since Rick Anderson's posting of May 25th, has anyone had success in
renegotiating the Classification Web End-User License?
(http://www.loc.gov/cds/classweb.html).  Has anyone been able to negotiate
with the Publisher to alter the wording in the signed hard-copy license,
but then to initiate the subscription afterwards have to register through
the click-through license?  The license agreement does stipulate that the
"hard-copy license will take legal precedence over the click-through
license."
