Turkish National Site License avaiable

We are pleased to have been able to post, with permission, the Turkish
National Site License with accompanying explanatory text (which gives a
most fascinating history of this effort) on the LIBLICENSE web site at:

It was developed by ANKOS (the Anatolian University Library Consortium).  
We wish them well with their excellent work.

We welcome any other documents of this sort for posting on the LIBLICENSE 
resource.
