e-journal package review--summary

Good afternoon:

A while ago I asked if anyone had put together a process or established
criteria for the review of their e-journal packages.  I promised to
summarize to the list, but, in fact, I received very little information to
summarize.  So, we are forging ahead at Penn State, and once we come up
with a process, I will post it to the group.

Thanks to all who showed interest--it looks like many of us are facing
this issue in the near future!
