RE: NASA headquarters Library to be Downsized

Before we start gathering support to oppose the plan to downsize NASA's
library, has anyone confirmed that such a plan actually exists?  The NASA
Watch article is kind of confusing, but it seems to be nothing more than a
report that someone is circulating a memo to oppose the plan; it doesn't
offer any substantiation for the idea that the plan is real.
