Hello,   I am presenting research at the ASIDIC Spring 2005 Meeting (Assn.
of Information and Dissemination Center) next month on Google Scholar and
its impact on professional publishers.   

I know many of you are familiar with the program so I was hoping you could
assist me by responding to the following questions...Any feedback would be
greatly appreciated. Please reply offline.   

1) Please rate on a scale of 1-5 the impact you think Google Scholar will
have on your business?  (1=very little if any impact; 5 = major impact.)

2) Do you view Google Scholar as 
A) A threat
B) An opportunity,
C) A little of both
 
Again, please explain your response.
 
3) Has Google been cooperative in investigating ways to work with
professional publishers or confrontational?     

4) Have you or will you alter your business strategy during the next 12
months as a result of Google Scholar? If so, how?    

5) Do you think Elsevier's Scirus is a more or less powerful tool than
Google Scholar? Why?
