Why set up a such sourcing centre

     This is Danny,A crazy guy,who have a special idea.I am in Guangzhou China.I am writing to you because I want to set up my company.Could you give me some advice.

Should we set up a sourcing&communication centre to serve buyers?Here I want to indicate the difference between my sourcing centre and yours.
1.We act as part of buyers company.
2.We help to do the sourcing and made the decision.Buyers are our customers.
3.We are to replace Purchasing/procurement's function in a company. 
4.Our target is time and cost saving.
5.We solve the language problems as we are the communication channel.
6.We bring more job opportunities.

   Is it my idea workable?
