Word from Tulane Library

This just in from Atlanta regarding the Tulane Library Director, Lance
Query:

Lance Query just called in.  He has gotten word that the main library at
Tulane seems to be okay;  it appears to have escaped the flooding, or at
least has only minimal damage.  Lance's home is nearby; he is optimistic
that it too was not damaged too much.  The library's offsite storage
facility seems to have taken in about a foot of water, which will be
difficult to clean, but is okay considering how other parts of the city
have fared.  Right now the main concern is looting, both for his library
and his home.  New Orleans is a pretty ugly place right now.  He expects
it will be at least a few weeks before he can return.
