There have been reports on other lists of problems with the CLIR site so I
would like to note that the statement is also available via the ARL web
site at http://www.arl.org/osc/EjournalPreservation_Final.pdf and via the
DLF web site at http://www.diglib.org/pubs/waters051015.htm.
