Orphan Works Report Released

The US copyright office has now submitted its report on orphan 
works to the US Senate.  This report, along with much 
supplementary material, is now available online at:

This long-awaited and important report is worth a look.  You 
needn't read all 200 pages; the 14 pages of exec summary, which 
include recommendations, will provide the basics.  Ann Okerson
