ILL & New Nature Publishing Group License Agreement

Hello,

I am interested in learning if any of you have been successful in 
changing the ILL clause in Nature Publishing Group's new 2006 
license agreement?  If so, what language was used.

The language that they currently want is:

"(f)  reproduce single copies of individual articles from the 
Licensed Material in hard copy print form for distribution 
without charge in hard copy form (but not electronically) to 
individual libraries of not for profit, non commercial 
organizations in accordance with fair usage guidelines. No right 
or licence is hereby granted to any person provided with such a 
copy to copy or otherwise deal with that individual article."

The language that I want (and currently have in my 2001 license 
agreement with NPG) is:

"(f) Licensee may fulfill requests from other institutions, a 
practice commonly called Interlibrary Loan.  Licensee agrees to 
fulfill such requests in compliance with Section 108 of the 
United States Copyright Law (17USC Section 108.  "Limitations on 
exclusive rights: reproductions by libraries and archives") and 
clause 3 of the Guidelines for the Proviso of Subsection 
108(g)(2) prepared by the National Commission on New 
Technological Uses of Copyrighted Works."
