Re: Perpetual Access in License Agreement

Houeida, I have never seen the term "perpetual access" in a 
license agreement.  Usually the term used has something to do 
with "archival access."  This is for online access and can come 
in several forms. These include having the tapes or disks given 
to the library if the agreement is terminated or providing 
continued (perpetual?) access online using the vendor's servers.
