RE: Study Identifies Factors that Could Lead to Journal Cancellations

Just a reminder: journal cancellations can take also place 
because we need to change the composition of the journal 
collection due to changing needs --often accompanied by a needs 
assessment.  Cancellations aren't always for purposes of "saving" 
money or from purely budgetary pressures or strict perceptions of 
availability, quality, etc. It can just be good management 
practice.
