CARE Italy - market survey fore negotiating agent - deadline December 14 2006

CARE is the co-ordination group for access to electronic 
resources established by CRUI -Permanent Conference of the 
Rectors of Italian Universities, the Italian Consortia and other 
Groups operating in the market for electronic licenses. 
Stipulating nation-wide agreements with publishers is one of 
CARE's tasks.

CARE intends to collect information about negotiating agents 
specifically acting in the European area as consultants for the 
purchase of electronic licences for scientific journals, or 
directly carrying out negotiations with publishers on behalf of 
users.

The required information should be sent in PDF format (not more 
than 2,000 words) by December 14, 2006.

CARE may ask to meet respondents for an interview on December 21. 
Invitations will be delivered by e-mail by December 15.
