Zofia. E. Brinkman, Engineering Librarian at TU Delft said,
"Until now we found the usability of e-books too poor to offer a
genuine alternative to printed resources for serious academic
study. The strength of Knovel over other providers is that it
adds real value, the interactive features are extremely
impressive, as is the search functionality. E-books should not be
seen as a replacement of existing information resources but
rather as a supplement and we are delighted to be able to provide
our users with access to Knovel."
Chris Forbes, CEO of Knovel said, "The rapid expansion of
Knovel's academic subscriber list is a wonderful endorsement of
our success in helping clients find relevant and reliable info
faster. We are also excited about the number of librarians and
academics working to integrate Knovel into the curriculum to give
students experience solving real-world problems."
