Re: European University Association Open Access Recommendations

Sorry to harp on this, but there is no language here that 
restricts the policy to just articles. Any normal reading of what 
"all research publications" and "all research results" mean would 
include monographs as well as articles. Does anyone happen to 
know if that is what the EUA intended to say?
