In addition to the presentations mentioned by Stevan, there are 
many additional presentations dealing with innovations in 
scholarly publishing as well as economics of open access. There 
is also a special session dealing with "Funding Policies and 
Research Access", with panelists Geoff Hynes (Canadian Institute 
of Health Research), Neil Thakur (National Institute of Health), 
Fred Friend (Joint Information Systems Committee), Francis 
Ouellette (Ontario Institute of Cancer Research), and moderated 
by Heather Joseph (SPARC).
