ebrary news re: BRAVeContent also Gibson and CRKN
Valued reseller - BRA Virtual eContent Limited (BRAVeCONTENT),
has licensed ebrary's technology and ASP services to aggregate
e-books and other digital content from publishers in Sub-Saharan
Africa and distribute it directly to libraries and other
institutional markets worldwide. BRAVeCONTENT has licensed a
region-wide subscription to ebrary's Academic Complete e-book
database and has exclusive rights to resell the comprehensive
collection of more than 38,000 multi-disciplinary titles in 43
Sub-Saharan African countries for one year. For full release,

Gibson Library Connections of Canada has landed a
multimillion-dollar deal using ebrary technology. Gibson has
signed a major contract with the Canadian Research Knowledge
Network (CRKN) that will provide millions of dollars in revenues
to participating publishers over the three-year contract term.
Available under a simultaneous, multi-user access model, the
collection will be delivered via Gibson's Canadian Electronic
Library, which is powered and hosted by ebrary. As an industry
first, the new collection will also be locally hosted by the
Ontario Council of Universities' Scholars Portal using ISIS,
ebrary's standalone, licensed e-publishing system. For full
